My Approach
As a licensed therapist, I serve a diverse range of clients and find fulfillment in working with young adults and adults. My expertise lies in addressing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, addiction, boundary setting, and self-care. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I am deeply committed to my profession. I volunteer for multiple local non-profit organizations, including the CT Chapter of Postpartum Support International. My passion is in advocating for mental health awareness and offering education to reduce the stigma associated with mental health disorders.
My Career
I've been working in the field since 2013, right after graduating from grad school, and I've had the opportunity to work in numerous therapeutic environments. I've worked for an agency with court-mandated individuals, spent time in a few different group private practices, and through out some of that time, I dabbled in being a private practice owner for a short time. After trying it all, I've realized that staying as my own boss is where I thrive and it is best for me, and my family.
So, this is where I'll stay! 🙂
